Caillou's Phone Call is an episode in season 1.

Caillou is upset because Rosie has just torn up a book and tells Caillou's Mommy but she is too busy talking on the phone to do anything about it. Caillou waits a long time but Caillou's Mommy is still on the phone when he comes back when he draws a picture.
The next time Caillou comes back Caillou's Mommy is off the phone and just when he is about to tell her what happened the phone rings again she askes Caillou if he wants to answer it, he does and Grandma is calling and tells Caillou that she wants him come over to her house so he Rosie and Caillou's Mommy leave soon and when they get to Grandma's house Caillou has fun playing with Rover. And then, Grandma gets a call and it caused Rover to bark. And Caillou and his mommy agree that it was a funny story.
